Elders of the quill,
You know who you are.
Your thoughts never still.
Your mind a word mill.
With styles, you spar.
Elders of the quill,
You've a strong will,
Keeping butt in chair.
Your thoughts never still.
Self-discipline prevails.
You work many long hours.
Elders of the quill,
Reams of paper, you fill,
Like a raging fire.
Your thoughts never still.
For your life of zeal,
You deserve a gold star.
Elders of the quill,
Your thoughts never still.
