Poetry: Men

by Kelly Greenbaum

Men big and strong where did they go

I ask and ask no one seems to know

Men protectors of their women loyal and true

I look around every corner to see where they flew

Men working hard to put food on the table

In this world we live in that truth is a fable

Men who opened doors for their women

Have disappeared quickly into oblivion

Men with their passion and lively romance

Most of these days don't even know how to dance

Men wherever have you gone

I will keep searching from dusk til dawn
