How to get and stay motivated to exercise

First thing is you know the result that you want by doing the exercise? To become more healthy? Build your muscle? Build up your stamina?

When you identified the result that you want, you need to start focusing on it. Focus at the end of the result so that whatever happens, you will never give up because you have set your goals.

Secondly, do it consistently. Which means, you need to create a daily plan for your exercise. This is to create an "habit" in yourself so that you will never get bored of it. See, once the habit is created, you are on your way to achieve the result that you wanted.

Next, have fun and enjoy when you are doing the exercise. Yeah, because when you are feeling good, you are creating an "happy atmosphere" in yourself and it is important to keep yourself enjoy what you are doing. Remember, most of the people starting to get bored with what they are doing is because they are not enjoying themselves. From now on, enjoy and have fun when you are doing the exercise.

Please keep in your mind that success can't be achieved in one day. It takes time for you to obtain the result that you want. Don't give a high expectations that you can achieved the result that you want in one day. It will takes time for you to achieved it. But that's alright, you don't need to worry about it because you know that you will achieve it someday. Maybe you will asked this, "Why I should be confidence about it?". The answer is already given, it is because you already visualize the result that you wanted. So you don't need to worry about it, focus on your exercise and make it as a habit.

The last step is, believe in yourself. No one in this world can achieve the result they want if they don't put the belief system in their selves. As you can see, all the success people believe that they can do it, they can make a difference, they can become a millionaire, and so on because they believe in their selves and they know that they can achieve it. So, starting from now, always said to yourself everyday that you can do it. All you got to do is believe in yourself.

The conclusion is no matter what happens, stick with your goals, focus, consistent, enjoy and believe in yourself and you are on your way to achieve it. This steps also can be applied in many things besides exercise. Make an action now and don't give up until you get the result that you wanted.
