Wanting
'Neath the Moon
Low the tide rolls.
Each rise
Silvery salt tipped.
Each fall
A reflections of
Darkness above and below.
Each crest
Reaching for
Yearning for
Pulled toward
The Moon.
Each fall
Full of
Pounding rage.
Angry, frustrated
Ocean hammering
Against rock and sand.
Failing, only to
Reach again
Desperate for The Moon
Which does not care.'
