Enjoying the Las Vegas Strip

The Las Vegas Strip - one of the most famous, most visited places in the world! But what is it that makes Las Vegas so popular and attracts people from all over the world? With the combination of restaurants, casinos, and extravagent hotels, Las Vegas is sure to have what you're looking for. But believe it or not, there is actually a time of year in which it is best to visit "The Strip." And that time is now!

During the months of July and August, Las Vegas sees a small decrease in tourists, a small decrease in hotel price, and a significant increase in temperature - which is why these deals are available. But the time of year is not what brings tourists around, it's the casinos! And if you're new to gambling, there are certain casinos that will fit you more favorably than others.

One of those casinos is the Imperial Palace Las Vegas, the "perfect" casino for the novice gambler. With easy gambling and the famous Champagne Pit, the Imperial Palace is a very good casino to visit for first-time attracters. Another good casino for novices is the Treasure Island Hotel and Casino. This is a good novice casino for one reason - location. Placed near less-popular stores like the Fashion Show Shopping Mall, Treasure Island experiences way less traffic than the hotels in which "high rollers" tend to attend.

Believe it or not, there's more to Vegas than just casinos - way more! One of the more popular attractions in Vegas is viewing the very extravagent, luxury hotels. But wait, you can't afford that, right? No problem because while there are an uncountable number of luxury hotels, there's an equal number of hotels that will fit your budget. One of the more popular, more expensive hotels is Mandalay Bay, with great food, spacious rooms, and arguably the best pool in any Vegas hotel. Want to catch a show, just go down to the House of Blues for a night of action-packed excitement. While one of the most fascinating hotels in the world, it is also on the pricey side.

But what about the less pricey, yet still nice, hotels in Vegas? If you don't have the big bucks, I recommend the Trump International Hotel. Not only does this hotel provide a great overlook of the Strip but, right now, at http://www.expedia.com/daily/vacations/las-vegas/hot els.asp you can get a great deal on four nights at the hotel.

If there's one thing you've got to do, no matter where you are, it's eat. Thankfully Vegas has, like everything else, nice luxurious restaurants with great food of course! One of the best, and a little pricier, of the restaurants in Vegas is PIcasso. Picasso is a famous restaurant where famed chef Julian Serrano works. And why is it called Picasso? Because you are, literally, surrounded by $50 million worth of Picasso paintings! Picasso restaurant includes delicacies like lobster salad with mangoes; langoustine pulled live from a tank, and then grilled and drizzled with porcini oil; sauteed foie gras with Madeira sauce; squab breast cut into tiny slices and moistened with jus spooned from a tiny copper pot; and truffle-crusted lamb with Parmesan potatoes. But, once again, there are also restaurants for middle-class people. One lower-price, tasty hotel is the Ah Sin at Paris. Here you can create your own tapas menus by sticking with the appetizers, and you can leave there for less than $50 for two, making it a very good deal.

So, if you are looking for a great time, go to the most luxurious city in the world - Las Vegas.
