Romancing the male Pisces can be as exciting as it is ultimately rewarding if handled properly. Male Pisces are a deeply emotional and somewhat sensitive lot, and there are some basic romantic ground rules when trying to win their heart.
Paint a picture with colorful strokes. When romancing a male Pisces, while it is common for him to be passionate about talking about himself, you need to be equally passionate and open about yourself. Having already figured out your personality, he will paint a picture of himself that is custom-tailored for you to see. All the details will be true, however some minor details will be left out, and one or two will be clever hyperbole. Listen with the attention of a schoolchild waiting for the recess bell, then, paint your own colorful picture as he listens. Tell a story about yourself, one that makes you happy and lets him get a glimpse of who you are on the inside.
Don't mention other men. As you are laughing over dinner and enjoying each others company, rest assured that your male Pisces will not bore you with conversation of past romances. Why? Because he hates that himself. You will lose major points by telling him how much more you are enjoying the restaurant with him than with your last date. Yes, I know this is a compliment, but he will not take it that way. The only part that will register on his brain is the "last date" part. Have I mentioned that male Pisces have a bit of a jealousy streak and sometimes hear only what they want to hear?
Who you are is all you need to be. Lies hurt. Male Pisces can be hurt. Don't lie. If you are looking for a long term-relationship then do not create an image of yourself that will abruptly change once the relationship is in full swing. Don't say something because it's what you think he wants to hear. Be honest about who you are, and what your likes and dislikes are. He will both appreciate and respect you for that. No matter how dissimilar your taste in music, movies, politics and life in general might be, don't forget, your Pisces is sensitive enough to realize that the things you don't have in common can build a stronger and more exciting relationship.
The company is what's important. Eating at an upscale restaurant, skinny-dipping, walking in the park, or riding on the subway together? Doesn't matter. Your Pisces is a finely honed emotion-detector and his energy level will merge with yours. Regardless of where you are having your date, have a fun time
