Love Obama or hate him, you have to admit his wife has some wonderfully toned arms. Why the obsession with Michelle Obama's arms? I'm not quite sure but as the days get hotter and the sleeves get shorter many women would love to see their arm fat melt away into something similar. While countless try, some women just don't know how to shake, well get rid of their arm fat.
The most basic of rules when trying to lose arm fat is to avoid extreme diets. No matter how many times women hear the do not starve yourself speech many will still try to diet the wrong way. Many women simply are unaware of how to successfully trade their poor eating habits for a healthier way. Instead they often choose the crash diet method, unbeknownst to them that all this does is screw with their metabolism, which causes fat gain and muscle loss. To avoid going down this route (again?) keep these six simple tips in mind as you work towards those sexy sculpted arms you yearn for.
1. Do not try to burn an insane amount of calories. All you really need to stop your arms from jiggling is a short intense workout. Aim for a half hour to forty five minutes three times a week.
2. If you do keep a food journal trash it. Sure it seemed like a good idea but it isn't-you will end up feeling like a prisoner to this journal.
3. Concentrate on your general diet. Be sure each meal that you eat consists of a vegetable, protein, carbohydrate, and a fat. An added bonus would be to only use legumes for your carbohydrate. This is all you need to do, they rest will work itself out.
4. Stop counting calories. This is a waste of time and honestly it doesn't even work-it is an out of date method that you will be better off without.
5. Don't give up all of your guilty pleasures. Just consume a fibrous serving of vegetables along with them. This should balance them out-or at least help reduce the negative impact of your favorite treat.
6. Cut back on the alcohol. Do not drink more than one serving a day. These high calorie drinks will slow down your fat burning hormones.
Don't feel overwhelmed. These changes are super simple and effective and will help you get rid of those jiggling jelly arms. Just keep these six key steps in mind and this healthy approach will have you ready for the halter tops soon enough.
