In order to fail at your job search, you should try to be aware of several items, that will help you in making certain that you do not get a job. There are a variety of different items to pay attention to.

Your resume is key and one of the most important items to pay attention to. Ensure that all letters in your resume, are upper case, bold and contain a variety if different fonts throughout. Also pay attention to the spelling and grammar mistakes in your resume. Make sure you leave all spelling and grammar mistakes on the resume and if you can, purposely make spelling errors . For your last or previous employers, type/write the dates for employment, education etc, in word format, instead of numerically (2000+TWO THOUSAND). All your information, should be written in full sentence form, making certain, to never include bullets or points.

Anything that makes it easier for the viewer to read your information is essential to ensuring you do not get a job.Your resume should also be printed on colorful or decorative stationary paper. preferably paper that has little balloons, butterflies or other items, that may make it difficult for anyone to be able to view your resume clearly. The pages of your resume, should also be no less then two pages in length. Also make sure, you only add your first name to your resume and if possible, make your personal contact information is a little bit smaller in size, in relation to the rest of the information on your resume. There should also be gaps of time in between your most previous employer and the present, or between past employers. Ensure that the items that receive the most attention, are your interests and hobbies. In this section, you can feel free to type whatever it is that you enjoy doing, while unemployed. If you enjoy collecting dead bugs, then by all means, put it in your hobbies section. This alone, will almost ensure your resume receives no further review.

While continuing on your mission to fail your job search, you must avoid certain tasks. One of the most important tasks to avoid, is handing in your resume in person. Never go directly to the employer and hand in your resume. Never ask to speak to the person who's name was on the job add. If the add you have viewed for employment, asks you to come and drop off your resume in person, don't go. Email your resume instead. Also, avoid making a reference sheet. It is best to just keep this information scribbled on a lose piece of paper or in your day book.
