Ideas For A Winter Picnic In The Snow
A winter's picnic can be a splendidly majestic event if you plan it right; however, you must be prepared. First, you will need to find a great spot. Either out in the open, or a more out of the way and intimate. Place a plastic cover over the snow before laying down your warm wool blanket, which will keep you warm and dry. Bring a cooler filled with hot tasty foods and drinks and even a bottle of wine that will keep the chill out of your heart.
Build a cozy fire to keep you warm, and take extra blankets to snuggle around for extra body warmth. You can picnic during the day or have a romantic dining experience during a full moon. Bring music, or sit down and listen to nature's amazing evening melody.
Having a picnic at night in the woods can be very exciting and a bit frightful at the same time. Every hoot, growl, snarl, hiss, or rustling in the grass that you might here, but having your partner there to cuddle for one moment and then slain the mighty crickets if they would attack. Your Knight will protect and love you for whatever transpires in the throes of passion.
The beach would be nice to see the frozen seas or river; the ground may be soft and wet from the cold sand. If you do not have a good wool blanket, then use many blankets. Two or three should do it. The object is to stay warm at all times.
Make sure you wear warm clothing, underneath, and outside. Always keep a knitted hat that covers your ears to keep from getting too cold. Keep insulated shoes and gloves on at all times while outside. They say your head, ears, nose, fingers, and toes get cold faster and that these limps including your head are the first to get frostbitten.
Try to seek shelter during wind, because the wind-chill will make everything seem much colder, and make it unbearable to stay out for very long without suffering frostbite or even worse death. If you feel, numbness seeks warmth right away.
Enjoying winter picnics can be events that will last in your memories and your kids and family for years to come. Whether, you share these festive moments with your family or just your partner. You must learn to be safe, and have fun at the same time. Be prepared before you leave with extra blankets, flashlights, cell phones, plenty of food and drink, and a first aid kit could be handy for any time of year.
Taking Hot Soups, Chilies, Stews, Chicken and Dumplings, Sheppard's Pies, Hot tamales, and Corn Soup. A hot loaf of bread, and some warm pudding would be nice. Use your imagination, whatever; you taste buds are in the mood for.
