I remember it like it was yesterday. I had all the diapers piled up by sizes that I had received from my baby showers. I had stacks of Huggies, a few Pampers, one pair of Luvs, and some cheaper diapers. I was so excited because well, I did not have to buy diapers for a while. Little did I know that I would prefer one brand over all the others, but that starts on the day my daughter was born. She came out and I was so excited over my little bundle of joy.

Then it came time for the diaper change. My husband changed the first few diapers, and we never could figure out when to change her. Then the nurse told us that the Pampers diapers she was wearing had a line that would turn colors if she peed in her diaper. As a first time mother this thrilled me to no end. So I got home and tore into her diapers. I was excited about the changing colors. Come to find out only pampers had these diapers. I enjoyed that feature so I bought Pampers.

Then my daughter moved up to size one. This is where I seen the Luvs, the cheap diapers, kept her in a rash. To save a little cash I got Huggies, but they did not seem to fit right. She was always leaking. I switched back to Pampers, and never had a problem. As she has gotten older, Pampers still beat all the other brands.

Huggies may be cheaper, but I hate the way it is already so thick. I feel like I go through them faster, because it always seems her diaper is heavy. They hang too low on her. The fits never seem to really fit her. The other brands always give her rashes, and they are just way too cheap. I would rather pay extra to get what I get from Pampers. I love the way that they last longer on her. There are no leaks, they fit her perfectly. They smell baby fresh when you first put them on. Now that my daughter is an Elmo fan, she prefers Pampers. She is excited to get on her diaper if she can see Elmo. That is just an added bonus. I feel that my daughter is protected and taken care of best when she is wearing Pampers. With Pampers, I have a rash free happy baby who loves to get her diaper changed.
