Nestled in the blocks surrounding 48th Street and Nichols Road in Downtown Kansas City the Country Club Plaza is one of the oldest shopping centers in the country and attracts 10 million tourists yearly. Complete with European art and old world Spanish architecture (modeled after Seville, Spain) You will soon lose youself in the city of fountains as you explore 15 blocks of some the finest shopping available! So begin your day in one of the Plaza's many coffee shops and get ready for an amazing day of shopping.

Apparel and Accessories

The Plaza is known for its reputation for being a fashion center by housing some the the biggest names in the world. Whether it be Armani Exchange or Guess? you are sure to recognize fine shopping at these top retailers that are known for trend setting for both men and women. If you are looking for something a little more budget friendly you will find The Gap, American Eagle and many other familiar shops. If you are in the market for a new purse try your luck at Coach or if you willing to spend a little more try Burberry for quality and style that last a lifetime. Going from internationally known to locally loved, there is Hall's Plaza a KC tradition since 1913. Hallmark founder Joyce C. Hall opened its doors wanting to always be first with the best in Kansas City". Today it still reigns true to be first in men and women's fashion and accessories paired with customer service beyond compare.

Jewelry

Since the 1800's Tiffany & Co. has been a leading name in the jewelry business. Brought to KC in 2004, executive vice president of the company though it wise to bring this company to KC for new and existing clients providing not just jewels but also breathtaking crystal, chinaware, etc. But Tiffany is not alone on the Plaza when it comes to jewelry, Tivol has been a KC tradition since 1910. As a recent immigrant Charles Tivol opened a shop in downtown Kansas City where he crafted each piece of jewelry. Although through the last century there has been many a changes to this well known shop, quality and service remain untouched by time.

Electronics

Beginning with Bang & Olufsen shop if its electronics you want you, then you will find it! Bang & Olufsen is a high end electronics shop that features a range of quality audio, video and multimedia products for more than 80 years! If you would like to narrow down your options more, there is also an Apple Computers shop available and and EB Games.

Beauty

It could be what you really want to finish off this long day of shopping is some pampering. Country Club Plaza is a hot spot for beauty, whether you want to drop into Country Club Nails for a mani/pedi - Or maybe you are looking for a whole new style at one of the other salon/spas in the district. But after a long day of walking through KC's premier shopping districts, a rub down from Massage Envy would be a nice way end to this day.
