I was outside doing yard work and forgot to put sunscreen on that day and by the end of the day I was completely red and burned with one of the nasty old sunburns. I went inside and rushed into my kitchen and made a batch of my homemade soothing sunburn relief bubble bath that I call Soothing Honey Mint Oats Milk Bath. It contains natural skin healing ingredients such as honey, peppermint, oatmeal, milk, aloe vera, grape seed oil, vitamin e, Epsom salt, and butter milk powder, and let me tell you when you combined all these ingredients and slip it into a bath you will get some seriously sunburn soothing relief and healing fast naturally.

Now all you need to make the homemade soothing sunburn relief bubble bath mix I like to call Soothing Honey Mint Oats Milk Bath would be a two quart jar or container, one cup of honey, ten drops of peppermint oil, two cups of oatmeal, three cups of milk, one cup of pure aloe vera gel, one cup of grape seed oil, half a cup of vitamin e oil, two cups of Epsom salt, and three cups of buttermilk powder. Then all you do is mix or shake all the ingredients together in your container until it forms a milky colored thick gritty mixture that has that nice mint oatmeal like scent to it. It's that simple.

Then when your ready to take a soothing sunburn relief bath all you do is take the Honey Mint Oat Milk Bath all you do is fill your tub up with warm or cool water what ever you prefer and pour in all half or all of the bath mixture. Your bath water should have soothing oats floating in it and the bath water should look milky with a nice peppermint oat smell coming from it. Then all you do is simply step into the tub and soak for as long as you can. You will notice all the natural ingredients soothing and healing your horribly sunburned skin nicely. Then once your ready to get out of the tub all you do is rinse of with some clean water and pat your skin dry with a cotton towel and you should notice a remarkable difference in how your sunburned skin looks and feels. You may need to soak in the tub a couple days in a row to help the sunburn skin from peeling depending on how bad you have burned your skin in the sun. I usually only need one bath, but again like I said it all depends on how burnt your skin is.

Honey Mint Oat Milk Bath is again my own homemade soothing sunburn relief bubble bath mix I came up with myself and have just shared with all of you. I hope those of you who try making and using this bubble bath mix to relief, soothe, and heal your sunburn really like it as well. Just remember next time to put the sunscreen on before you head out in the sunshine. Enjoy your summers and sunshine.
