God's Grace.
As I sit at my kitchen window
In the cool clear light of dawn,
And watch the birds and squirrels
Foraging around on the lawn,
I contemplate the wonder of our Lord's
Beneficent Grace.
His eyes are on all of His creatures,
No matter how large or how small,
He knows in His great omniscience,
The needs of each one and all,
And He gives to every one of us out His
Abundant Grace.
There have been times in my own life,
When God has called to me,
And I heard but did not give heed,
I tarried along the way, you see,
And ignored the kind offering of God's
Loving Grace.
I know I'm deserving of nothing,
There is still sin in my life,
Yet God the forgiving Father,
Gave me a way out of my present strife,
And I thank Him daily for the bounty of His
Merciful Grace.
God is eternal and so are His promises,
For ever and ever they will stand,
His word is His covenant, if we only believe,
He will hold us forever in His hand,
With the power and strength of His great and
Abiding Grace.

Poetry: Grace
She peered from the box
Her nose in the air
Sniffing and smelling
She had love to share
I scooped her up
Into my arms
Her
Smoothly she moves
Natural with her grace
Not making a sound
Not raising her face
Neck well defined

"In the Grip of His Grace"
Lost and confused
wondering what to do
Seeing no light
In the darkness of this night
I call out to
Sandpaper hits the nerves again. I hit the ceiling.
I turn around and wonder what happened,
how I've fallen so far in so
I'm That Girl
I was that girl
the one who gave into her lusts
that maybe you think you can't trust
the one you think deserves
