Creative writing channel at helium is one of the channels where you will find articles written by all helium writers. There is a wide range of topics in the creative writing channel. New members and visitors can often have difficulty in searching the creative writing channel. In this article I will guide you through the creative writing channel.

To access the creative writing channel, click on "Show all channels". Creative writing channel is the fifth channel in the list of channels. Once you click the creative writing channel, you will see an article with on the top of the page. This is the featured article for the day. It is usually a very popular article, and that is why it is featured on the Creative Writing channel's homepage.

On the right side of the featured article, you will see a featured writer's box, and the writer's biography. This person is the featured writer who has contributed a lot to the creative writing channel. To learn more about the featured writer, you should click on learn more. This will take you to the featured writer's profile page.


Helium designers have made it really easy to browse through a channel. You can find many different features in the creative writing channel. Below the featured writer's information, you will have two more options. One of these options lists the titles that are listed on the home page on that day. The other option known as the "most popular titles will bring up a list of the titles, which are attracting a lot or Helium writers.

You can also see an information box for one of the helium's partners, and the marketplace link below it.

If you want to write to empty titles only, then have a look at the bottom of the page. You can see a list of titles that are empty under the writing assignments section. This makes it easier for you to get that $1 empty title bonus.

When you're in the creative writing channel, you will see many different sub channels. There are 11 sub channels including drama, essays, humour, memoirs, novel excerpts, poetry, reflections, satire, short stories, songs, creative writing (other). To find the specific content in creative writing, choose the sub-channel relating to that topic.

Once you enter a sub channel, you will see the same features on that page as well. There will be a different featured writer, and the titles will only be related to that sub-channel.

Successful creative writers get a creative writing badge. These badges are there to show you that these writers have experience in writing for the creative writing channel. These badges can be seen on the writer's profile.

Throughout the Creative Writing channel, you will also see advertisements. These advertisements are used by Helium to generate revenue for the site and the writers.
