How to make up an anniversary gift basket

"Happy Anniversary" is what I said to my first girlfriend many years ago while sitting in the local pizza shop. Let me just say that the relationship was over in a flash. When your a grown adult. It is a nice gesture, but you should have gained a few more creative skills through the times of life experiences. I would suggest making up a gift basket that is filled with products that were spoken about in little small chat situations. You can create gift baskets in many different themes, or you can just go full out, and buy all kinds of different gifts to place inside the basket.

Beauty products and chocolates and flowers are a traditional hit among gift baskets, but in my opinion. It is so 1990's. I like to make up baskets with personal touches including digital frames of those more romantic times being on the beach sharing a kiss or first time meeting each other. Place some old love letters that was shared between both of you in the early years of true love. Create your own anniversary cards with special touches and maybe a humorous joke written inside that is connected as a trademark of you both when together. Add pictures of you all that speak a thousand words in a single first impression.

Throw out the plain stuffed animals, and go make your own with a recorder stuffed inside of your voice. You know this anniversary will never be forgotten if your voice reminds he or she of that day forever. I know my grandpa had placed a ring in a box at the bottom of the gift basket with a tiny note confessing his love even after 40 years of marriage to his wife. She pulled out the chocolates and flowers, and then she dug deeper and found the ring, and they renewed their vows, which was a tear jerker.

My suggestion is when your going to make up an anniversary basket. You should think about adding some personal touches. It is more thoughtful than any amount of money that you could give. They always say the smallest gifts always leave the most lasting impressions on someone. So if you guys meet at a local pizza shop. You should have someone take a picture of you both. When you are done filling up the basket. You will need to package it up with nice plastic, and you could add a custom bow with that persons name on it. If you want to, go ahead and add some diamond jewelry. It never hurts.
