Have Ten Great Plants in Your Garden this Spring!

Gardening is one of world's most creative and constructive hobbies. Apart from that, it brings pleasure and a sense of fulfillment to see the toil of your hands blooming into a life of their own, each in its own beautiful way displaying the wonders of Creation. It not only rewards you with a wondrous display, but also presents a feast to the eyes of the passers-by.

A true spring garden for once just have the ability to make our hearts feel lighter and fill us with inner joy at the sight of the beautiful blossoms in all its gaiety. All of us have a favorite place in our gardens where we like to spend our moments.

All nature lovers are at once that lingering in a well maintained garden is the best way to brighten up our spirits. Having a garden is not all, it should have the best plants in it, and it should be watered, pruned, and weeded regularly.

To have this type of joy in abundance requires you to choose plants with care before spring and start to prepare the soil at the end of winter when the soil is damp and not wet. Wet soil usually allows water to ooze out of it and is not good for planting.

After the preparation of the soil, the next step would be to select the plants. There are countless different types of plants that you could select for you to welcome spring to your garden, but to make it much easier to choose the ten most beautiful and most useful plants for this spring is by looking into magazines, visiting plant nurseries or simply browsing the internet.

The ten best possible plants that could find their graceful place in your garden this year could be the Chinese Pistache (Pistacia Chinensis) whose berries start from red and ripen to a deep dark blue. It's a beautiful sight and needs very little watering.

The Desert Willow (Chilopsis Linearis) too is a deciduous flowering tree and will tolerate all weather conditions and reward your garden with ample shade.

The huge Trident Maple (Acer Buergeranum) originating from China and Japan is an equal good choice for a blooming tree that is functional as well.

Looking at the Bush Germander shrub (Teucrium Fruticans) almost looks like a large giant lavender bush. The best part of this shrub is that you will be able to enjoy his blooming for the most part of the year.

Speaking of shrubs, the Oak-leaf Hydrangea (Hydrangea Quercifolia) provide your garden with a breathtaking focus point with clusters of white flowers
