What is internal cleanliness? Internal cleanliness is looking at how healthy you are on the inside, because what is going on inside will show it self on the outside, good or bad. Obvious the aim is to be healthy inside and out.
It is essential for you to be aware that no matter how clean you are on the outside of your body, it is the inside that is the most important to keep clean. If you have a healthy appearance then it is more than likely that your insides are healthy. However, if your insides are not healthy then this will translate often quite dramatically on the outside of your body. If any of the following apply to you; constipation, a sluggish digestion and excess of food, cigarettes then they can lead to any of the following:
* A feeling of heaviness
* Indigestion
* Wind (flatulence)
* Botchy Completion
* Spots
* Broken veins
* Discoloured teeth
* Bad breathe
The first thing you need to start doing (or carrying on doing) is drink at least two pints (one point two litres) of water per day. You can never drink too much water, well with the exception of those who suffer from water retention. The water will literally flush out your system, particularly the kidneys, the water will also help your body to get rid of toxic waste through urine and perspiration.
A citric acid, for example lemon juice added to the water will act as an aid to cleansing the digestive tract, this is a great way to start the day (hopefully you are lucky enough to have freshly squeezed lemon juice).
Another point to consider in regards to your inner cleanliness is that your diet has enough roughage. Roughage can be things like raw vegetables, fruit, wholemeal products and bran. These all help to pump waste matter through the digestive system so that thew bowels open regally and effectively.
The final point on internal cleanliness is deep breathing; fresh air and exercise also contribute greatly to keeping you clean inside. If your circulation and muscles are in good running order, then you are fat better quipped to digest your food. Exercise also makes you sweat and this provides an important way of ridding your body of waste.
The body should always be treated with respect, fed sparingly, and kept clean. After all your body is your temple you should look after it like a goddess would. If you do this then the results will be obvious for you and others to see.
