Getting fit without the high expense of a gym membership or fancy home exercise equipment is easy if you have children. They always have you on the go and if you join in the fun at the park, on the trampoline or most child play activities you are in for a work out! As a parent, don't sit on the sidelines and watch them play. It is a healthy work out and time spent with your children when you play.
If you don't have kids, act like one! Get a trampoline, spend an hour each night learning new tricks on it. Keep an active schedule. Try to do activities after meal times. Avoid sitting in front of the television after eating, instead go for a walk or jog depending on your preference.
The key is an active life. You don't have to spend time working at being fit if you stay fit by daily activities. This way you are not using up time and forceing yourself to do it, instead you are enjoying fun activities.
