QUICK MINI PIZZAS
Simple and quick mini pizzas thats my style and is great for the grand kids. They will like to come to Grandma's house more often especially when they get to make their very own mini pizzas. Each kid has their own preference of bread, cheese, sauce etc.
Kids can each make their own special pizza. Have them sample pizzas other kids made if they want to. But make sure their plate is in front of them so others will know whose pizza they are eating. After sampling all they can vote on who made the best pizza and share which bread was their favorite.
Really nice to keep a party alive and have everyone participating. I bet they will tell their friends and parents and ask if they can make them at home too.
Have these ingredients ready for kids to choose:
Meat toppings - Ham, Chicken, Grilled Salmon, Steak, Sausage, Pepperoni slices, Hamburger, Bacon Bits
Sauces - Pizza, Ketchup, Salsa, Tabasco, Barbecue
Cheeses - Swiss, Feta, mozzarella, American, Velveeta
Vegetables - Mushrooms, Onions, Garlic, Red/Green/Yellow peppers, tomatoes, spinach, zucchini slices
Breads - Pita, English Muffins, Round pre-sliced Multi Grain's sandwich thins, Italian bread, grinder rolls, hamburger buns
Some recipes for you to enjoy but be sure to make up your own preferences of sauce, cheese, bread and meat be creative!

These are just a few ideas but I challenge you to change the recipes to make them your very own special family or party mini pizzas. Adults love to do this to and what a way to get the neighborhood together for a fun healthy meal. Just let them know what they can bring but have extra in case someone can't be there. Great surprise for birthday party guests too.
My mini pizzas would have garlic and tobasco sauce which I dearly love. Others would not think of even trying but we all have our own taste. I have made these ahead for appetizers before a dinner with a small glass of wine. Take to a party or church coffee hour and they will be great with no crumbs left.
