There's a hole in my heart,
No doctor can heal it
No quick fix for pain.
The Grand Canyon
Lives in my heart
It wasn't there at the start.
You left.
They said Passed on
I said died
No more hugs
Or the voice that said
Honey you can do it.
Stroke and memories
Time to heal
And one day realize
You live in me
As long as I remember
No one can tear you away.
Love fills the gaps
Challenge keeps us going
When all is darkness
And pain
