Google Adsense is my favourite advertising program on the Internet. I have been blogging for five years on the Internet. When I first started blogging, I needed a source of revenue.

I started using programs that paid me based on the number of page views. After a month of promoting my blog, my income was $2.50. This was nothing close to what I expected and I considered giving up. But, then I saw Google Adsense post on a blogging forum. I was amazed by the simplicity of the program, so I decided to join it.

It was free of cost, and very fast to use. It took me twenty minutes to set up everything, and a couple of days to get my site approved. I removed all my previous advertisements and started using Google Adsense.

I started seeing an increase in revenue. I started earning around $0.20-$0.40 every day. As I started to promote my blog and create new blogs, I was earning between $1-$3 every day from Google Adsense.

My blogs were about card games, so my main source of revenue was from affiliate links that I posted on different blogs. But Adsense was a great side income and an extra source of revenue for my blog. I joined a couple of forums to increase my revenue through Google Adsense.

Someone suggested that I should create a site that gives me better advertisements and those that pay higher per click. I created a blog about making money online, and it took a couple of months before I started making money from this blog as well. Through Google Adsense I was able to make money while sleeping. I would wake up sometimes and see that I had received clicks the whole night, and made around $2-$5 not doing anything.

This was very exciting moment for me. It was obviously nothing to brag about, and not enough to leave my comfortable job. But it was a great side income and part-time income. Then slowly I started promoting my blogs more heavily and started adding more content to my blogs.

My revenue stayed fairly constant, and was not increasing much. After a lot of unsuccessful tries, I finally gave up. By giving up I don't mean that I stopped using Google Adsense. I mean that I didn't add any more content to my blog and didn't promote them too much. I had learned that making a living from online blogging was not my cup of tea.

But still, because of this great program I am more than a thousand dollars richer today. It paid my lunch bills, and made me feel good about myself. These days I still manage to make around $5-$10 every month through Google Adsense. It is a great pay to click program that serves its purpose.

However, I would recommend that you use Google Adsense with other advertising programs and create multiple streams of income. Good luck, and remember from my testimonial that Google Adsense is not easy money!
