The Edge
Voices racing, through my mind as I sleep, shadows moving but stop, each time I take a peek. Deaths-door slowly opens, family looming inside, engulfed by clouds, there's no place to hide.Fear grips me, as my life unfolds, naked to the world, mind, body, and soul.
My screams are profound, as if no-ones around, I yell out in pain, as my family turns, their backs in shame. Years of sin, I've tried to explain and for the life I've wasted, I know I'll go down in flames. Hell awaits me, as they walk away. A trail of tears sparkling in the fog, is all that remains.Yesterday's a fantasy, tomorrows a dream, my spirit wants to escape, but to where, another scheme?
One final chance for living right, loving each-other and knowing when to fight
In a world of sin that beats on our door, pray to the only one, that will forgive us,
once more.

Here
Many doubts you might have had
You still should remain well clad
In the armor of strength and faith
In the battle with all
As I walked the beach the other day
Asked God why I’m feeling this way
What do you feel my precious child
No need to
