Here are a few recipes to perk you up.
For all the recipes, brew a half a cup of thick espresso (unsweetened).
1) Coffee with milk.
Mix a half or a tablespoon of condense milk (depending on your sweetness preference) to the espresso. Add half a cup of ice cubes and the espresso in a blender and blend til the mixture is thoroughly mixed.
- Condense milk is a strong sweetener and the ice cubes will dilute both the espresso and milk to get a nice cold coffee.
2) Coffee without milk.
Instead of condense milk, dissolve sugar in hot water to get sugar syrup. Then blend with ice cubes.
3) Special coffee - using ICE CREAM
Mix the espresso and one/two scoops of vanilla ice cream and blend it well. No added sugar is required.
- This is a bit sinful for those on a diet. The results of most tests are addictive.
Added supplements to the coffee.
- Liquors (small amount something like a teaspoon or 2 of Bailey, whisky or even rum.
- Chocolate syrup
- Oreo Cookies for added crunch
- Mint Syrup - For menthol after taste
- Whip Cream
