Earning money as a teenager can be difficult, because we are not as experienced at life, and don't have all the resources as adults do. The problem I come across while searching around on Google, are that most of the answers to the questions "How can I make money as a teen?" are to babysit, get a job, mow lawns, and wash cars. A lot of times, the teen searching that, is either too young to get a job, doesn't have any kids in the neighborhood to babysit, and doesn't have a lawn mower, or it's not the right season.

There are many opportunities out there for teenagers to earn money, but you just have to dig around deeper, ask questions, and search for reviews for how you earn money. I try to focus on things that teenagers can do from home, and don't really have to reach out to anyone to earn. You also wont be required of many skills, and most of all, you will know some unique ways to earn money, rather than the traditional way of earning.

One of the ways I earn money is from Helium. The site that I'm writing this from. You earn money by writing articles for them. You can earn money by ad revenue, monthly payments, and worth more, but harder to get, Marketplace, and Writing Contests. In order to earn from ad revenue, you must have at least one rating star, however it's a good idea to get more than one, so you're not only in the "safe place", but you can gain an extra 3$ bonus by having all of your rating stars!

Ad revenue is when you post an article up on Helium, your articles are submitted to google, therefor every time someone clicks your article, you gain a penny. It doesn't seem like much, but it can really pay off if you have a quantity of articles. Monthly payments is what you earn at the end of the month, when you get paid for the amount of articles you wrote, the money you earn is depending on how many writing stars you have. Marketplace and Writing Contests are just were you submit your articles to one of the subjects and if your placed in the lead, you can really earn some big money!

Another one of the ways I earn money is by a GPT site called CashCrate. GPT stands for Get Paid To, and is when a company pays people to do something that they need done. I do Cashcrate, because it earns me a lot of money, and it's easy to get.

Cashcrate is where you're paid to complete offers, where they are usually paying the teens (or any other age group for that matter) to view advertisements. You can get paid from a range of twenty cents to sixty dollars for filling
