The first day I saw you I knew it was meant to be,
deep within my soul I saw you spending the rest of your days with me.
My arms tightly around your waist,
with our hands interlaced.
My lips would press against yours,
your smell is something I can't ignore.
Your smile sends a rush through my body,
and your voice has the sweetest melody.
One day I knew it was time for you to become my partner in crime,
to be the one and only in my life.
I lowered myself to one knee hoping you woun't flee,
knowing you were the only one who could set me free.
I confessed my feelings for you knowing they were true.
I whispered to you quietly, your the spark that ignites my fire,
my one and only true desire.
I asked you to be mine and you agreed with a silent tear in your eye.
It's been one month now,
and it's just about time to leave this town.
Let us start a new life, a world free from toil and strife.
Everyone is in single file as you glow and slowly walk down the aisle.
I take your hand, never have I ever felt like such a man.
We exchange rings and I could've sworn I heard angels sing.
The priest asks if I want to spend the rest of my days with you...
I agree and say, "I do."
Baby, I love you.

When you say you love someone,
are the words spoken in truth?
Maybe, words without

And you ask me to open myself to you
To reach out and touch,
To risk being hurt
But is it me you wish to
