Earning money on the Internet is already not something new, but it has been one of the hottest topics currently being discussed in many web forums . The problem is that not many Internet users are familiar enough to differentiate a scam from a genuine online earning website. So the most important thing to do before signing up with any online earning website is to search for information and details to find out more.

People like to earn by doing simple things. The most popular earning program starting in the year 2007 was 'get paid to click' or commonly known as PTC. Users only have to click on the advertisement links and usually after 30 seconds, they will be paid 1 cent for such link. However, this business model is quite fragile and may not work unless there are endless external advertisers paying for their advertisement links to be clicked. As it turns out, most of such websites wind up and became scam. So I do not believe in 'get paid to click' anymore.

Users have to bear in mind that 'when something is too good to be true, it probably is'. So you have to do something to earn those money and the source of the income has to be stable and on-going. This is what I faithfully believe.

The following are some of the most simple ways to earn money online based on my personal experience:

1. 'Blogging'

I am sure many people are already doing it. But out of so many 'bloggers', how many actually made serious money with their blog. Do not expect your blog to be visited by thousands just after setting it up with your first post. You need to promote the blog with social bookmarking websites and other means to earn the traffic which determines your earnings. Typically, all you need to do is to link your blog with advertisement affiliate like the most popular Google Adsense or AdBrite.

Sometimes, I have came across blogs that do not have any Google advertisement banner at all. This is such a waste. It does not hurt to place one banner or two to earn the page impression even if your visitors do not click on the advertisement banners.

2. Freelance Writing

If placing banners or ads is too complex to you, maybe you should try writing. It is a way to expressed ourself on our personal perspective. If you are a creative person, you may want to write some stories and earn some money with those articles. All you need to do is to join any of the freelance writing websites below. There are many types of writing to choose from. For instance, if you like to write about facts
