So, you wanted to have a beautiful, flawless and clean skin without worrying of the black head or white head on your face? If your answer is 'Yes' then you should use a skin care! Skin care is mainly use for maintaining hydration and getting whatever oils you naturally produce free flowing and not clogged. If your natural oil blocked, a white head and black head may exist! White heads are pimples (oil from your sebaceous gland, and bacteria [pus]) from pores that are raised above the surface of your skin; while blackheads are a mixture of sebum, blood and lymph fluid. These are the cause of the pores to be hardened and blocked the exit.
To have a clear and flawless skin; without white head or black head, you may have to pay a certain price. You may need to do some purchasing and getting the best product for your skin. But, why should you pay more when the good news is; you can make your own pore strip at home! It is easy, convenience and effective.
There are many ways to prepare your own pore strips; especially when you browse the net. But, the choice is yours; choose the best.
Before you started, first and foremost; ensure to wash your hands properly; to avoid any bacteria and oil from your finger to directly contact with your pores and create infection.
For the first method; all you need to prepare are ; white egg, one (1) piece of moist tissue or wet face tissue, face towel and one (1) or two (2) drops of lime juice. You have to mixed white egg with the lime juice and then stir slowly. Wet the face towel with hot/warm water then place the warm towel onto your face for about 10 to 15 minute. This will help to open your pores. Dry your face. Spread the wet tissue paper or the moist tissue to the area that you wanted to clear especially around your nose. Using the cosmetic brush; apply the mixture of white egg and lime juice evenly on the wet tissue until totally covered and stick to your face. Allow the mixture to dry for about 15 to 20 minutes. Peel off the dry tissue and you should see all the gross little black and white heads on the tissue!
Or you may choose the second method which works almost the same.
All you need to prepare are; one (1) teaspoon of unflavored gelatin, one (2) tablespoon milk, one (1) to two (2) drops of lime juice, one (1) piece of moist tissue or face tissue and face towel. Mix the two ingredients (gelatin and milk) and microwave for 5 -10 seconds to warm, take out and the drop in the lime juice and stir.
Repeat the process of opening your pores by placing a warm towel onto your face for 10 to 15 minutes. Spread the wet tissue and apply the mixture to nose and chin area using the cosmetic brush. Let the mixture to dry for about 15 to 20 minutes. Then, peel off the dry tissue slowly.
You may put the mixtures direct onto your face; but it would be much better to use wet tissue / moist tissue which would act as a strip. Strips are twice as effective as pore cleanser at getting rid of blackhead! Even thought your own strip won't get every single one out in one application, practically, all you have to do is to repeat once every three days to get the best results. Even it is not a 'commercial' pore strips, but you still can feel the strips working as they clean, refresh and purify pores. It also helps to remove dirt, oil, and impurities without diminishing your skin's natural moisture level. And the best is; its helps your pores to breathe easier.
Anyway, just remember; if you experience any problems or issues with your skin; seeks out a well established dermatologist to find something that works for you.
Just keep this mantra with you, "There will always have better choices for my skin, all I need to do is to search and choose the best method!"
