Poetry: Missing you

by David O'Brien

Created on: July 11, 2009

"Missing you"

Been years since beckoning, this line full of waste

So plentiful and endless, walk away without taste

A bigger version, I was becoming with each trip

Tantalizing I would store, more room than a ship

Then came a day, when a choice I could not ignore

If I kept on this way, then my children would restore

I think about you often, all those sweet tasty treats

But nothing can compare, to my soul I wont cheat
