*God did not create us to be unintelligent and in turn, we naturally and instinctively know right from wrong. Though the Bible is filled with wisdom and encouragement that has enlightened and comforted the minds and hearts of billions for generations we do not need the Holy Bible to insure the survival of Christianity, because just as Christ lives within us so does Christianity. Man is the epitome of the universe...and because God is the universe and we are made in His likeness and image, all of its secrets are within us, secrets that the Holy Bible could never be believed to hold. So, this is where more belief in Man comes in...that God made us akin to Him...so if we are like Him why should we be so content with holding the survival of the Christian religion on words written in a book? Here is a better example of why we do not need the Holy Bible to insure the survival of Christianity.
What would you do if something was revealed to the world...something that could tear asunder the very foundations that Christianity are based upon? Would you lose faith in Christianity? Would you feel that everything you have been told all your life is a lie? Would you question your own salvation...or even go as far to question the Almighty God? I would not and I will tell you why; I will teach you the difference between the people that agree with the notion of Christianity not being able to survive without the Bible and us that do believe that it can, it is our character. It is like the fable of the monkey and the moon. However close the monkey thinks he is to capturing the moon, it is still just a reflection on the water. When he tries to capture the moon all he does is sink like a fool. People who believe that the downfall of Christianity would be eminent without the Bible believe that it is a sort of corporeal aperture that physically connects them to the ethereal God...but this is not so. We, us, or flesh and bones, our spirits are the aperture to the Almighty God; we do not need a book to maintain life within our religion or more importantly, to maintain the connection that existed between us and the Almighty Father even before the creation of the world.
I want to share a personal experience I had that will hopefully aid those who do not believe in the self-preservation of Christianity; one night I was being driven home from work, taking a way that is usually not taken, going that way we came to a stop light and to my immediate right was one of the local churches.
