Gather Amongst The Wooded Forest
Gather amongst the wooded forest
Trees that grow, moss that clings
The smell of dewy earth doth rise
Another wondrous day it brings
Birds of many colors flutter by
Singing joyful songs to Mother Earth
Twigs and down will make their nests
With the dawn brings a new birth
A newborn fawn gathers its strength
Legs that wobble soon grow steady
Running circles around his mother
With danger lurking, she is ready
Frogs croak with their raspy voice
Jumping and leaping from pad to pad
Water droplets pinging here and there
In the water plays the river shad
Gather amongst the wooded forest
See what enjoyment it will bring
To see, to smell, to touch it all
With a new day, the forest sings

Of love
Nobody will
Take you
My green legs
Have a gun of words
All the law
Like barking dogs
Will defend you
