Friendship
What is true friendship,
Can it be defined,
Does it so exist,
Or just in the mind?
How do we know,
Those who are true,
Through thick and thin,
Are there for you.
Or those that pretend,
No matter the pain,
With those around them,
Like droplets of rain.
So be very careful,
In who you will trust,
Pick one who will stay,
Than leave in the dust.
