Prayer heals the heart,
instilling peace of mind,
conversing with God
makes you patient and kind.
Begging forgiveness
for all you've done wrong,
worshiping your Savior
In prayer and in song.
Thanking God for blessings,
petitioning for relief,
when your tortured soul
overwhelms you with grief.
You can visit His house
and get down on your knees,
or use silent thoughts
to render your pleas.
Whatever your style,
be keenly aware,
miracles are wrought
through the power of prayer.

MY PRAYER
O Jehovah-Jireh, my Provider
please give me wisdom to know
all that I possess is because of You.
Without You all
by Rosa Lee
Feel, Mother Earth, the love I have for you
Touch me inside and teach me what to do
I am a child, learning of your ways
Touch
A TAP ON MY SHOULDER
A tap on my shoulder
just what I need.
Someone to remind me
now and then.
Pray often, not
necessarily short
A silent prayer to the Lord,
Is all I have to show,
My devotion, my desire,
And to let him know.
I clasp my hands and bow
You are the words I speak
the thought in my mind
You are the world I grieve
while it's falling behind
You are the hope
