Weight Loss commonsense tips: Understanding and going through the process
Every year, everywhere, with the arrival of summer begins the race with weight loss, beauty, silhouette new designing, weight loss programs here and there. Yet the question raised by Weight loss is much deeper and it would be wise to understand the reason hidden behind weight gain. But, when it comes to summertime, of course, people's priority is to get the most of a weight loss program that guaranties efficiency and rapidity! At what cost?
While some programs consider people like food, commonsense invites people to trust themselves and take part into what life requires. It teaches how to apply basic and natural rules concerning metabolism, body, and to question our vision of food. The first step, however, is to respect our own body as being the temple of our inner self. Try to keep your being as far away as possible from pollution; pollution leads to disorders, whatever pollution can be (either mental or physical)
So let's discover where commonsense guides us : We agree that our body needs fuel to keep going, we "eat to live and do not live to eat". Thus, eating can be a pleasure as well as a necessity. Plus, our metabolism is programmed and knows exactly how, what, when, why to do. So what is missing? Our brain? Our brain controls the whole process whether it is conscious or not.
According to that, we might as well expect two situations: either we keep a food balance, or we step into compulsive behavior towards food (as if eating could solve the questions we can't). So, where is the solution? Not in the chocolate, not in the cream, not in the clouds, but in us.
When we are tempted by food, we are reacting, we are responding to a process telling us that eating will make us feel better, and may be, in peace.
Well, it might bring satisfaction for seconds, but the question remains unsolved! Obviously, if the question still remains unsolved, it will come back and so will the eating mode, and the more often the question arises the more often we will be tempted to open the fridge, eat biscuits, chocolate, ice cream or whatsoever provided that we feel better, won't we?
So what can we do, what can you do?
Look at yourself, your feelings and answer the question: What does over eating bring me? According to the answer, ask yourself: "what can I do to maintain the benefits while changing my behavior, what do I need to improve in my life to set up a balance and feel much happier with myself?"
