Combat is an important skill in Runescape. Training it can be quite easy, but earning money from combat can be hard. Different monsters drops different items, some items can be sold for a lot of money, some cannot be. This guide here will show you some easy and profitable ways to train combat while earning money.
1. Killing moss giants - Moss giants are level 42 giants which can be found in lots of places, including the Varrock Sewers. They drop a variety of items that is worth some quite a lot of money. Moss giants always drop big bones which are worth around 200gp each, but the place is quite far away from the bank so killing moss giants is more dedicated to people who are training more than trying to make money.
2. Killing hill giants - This method is easy and simple. Simply go to the Grand Exchange and buy a brass key for 156gp. Go to the west of the cooking guild where a little house is. Use the brass key on the door to open it, climb down the ladder inside and you will be in the Hill giant place. There are lots of hill giants there but also a lot of people kills them, you cannot double team so you will have to fight the giants.
3. Kill green dragons - Green dragons are one of the easiest dragons to kill, you can find them in the Chaos tunnels. The dragons drops bones and green dragon hides. Both are worth a lot of money. They also drop runes and other valuables, but I would recommend to just take the bones or hide.
4. Killing red spiders while waiting for the egg respawn - Killing red spiders is a great way to train combat level and you can pick up their eggs which respawns, each eggs can be sold for around 500-600 and can also be used to make strength potions. Just go to the Varrock Sewers and go to where the Moss Giants are. Beside that will be a lot of Deadly Red Spiders, just kill them and wait for the egg to respawn, and then pick it up.
5. Killing Lesser Demons - Lesser Demons can drop just pretty normal stuff, but if you are lucky, they will sometimes drop a rune med help which are worth around 20k.
6. Killing Black Demons - Black Demons drop a lot of stuff, coins, shield, seed, weapons... You can bank up about 20k per turn killing these monsters.
7.Killing Orgres - Orgres are basiclly like giants, you can also get a lot of money from them
8. Killing Cows - If you are not really strong, killing cows and picking up their hides will still get you a lot of money.
9. Killing Coach roach Soldiers - They can drop some valuable ores like mithril or adamantite.
10. Fight in the God of Wars dungeon - This will get you a lot of money but is only recommended for level 100+ players.
