The first thing I would do if I came to one millions pounds would be to put half of it in the bank. This is because I would want to retire early and that half a million in a bank would get a nice bit of interest.
I would then think about my family and friends and start dosing out money in about 5 thoughts, start treating family and friends to cars and house if I have enough interest. I would make sure I had enough to stop my family working for life and still live in luxury.
I would then help the local schools, and charities. Then put money into improving the parks and streets. Then I would buy a go-karting track (My childhood dream) to make more money on top of my interest. I would also only give the jobs to local people to add more jobs to the area. I would make the business low profit, to give the youth of the area some entertainment at low cost.
The point is I love my local area and would puts lots of money in to it; I would also buy some land to build skateboard parks and also some quiet picnic areas for the older people.
If I came in to money at a time like this a recession I would back some small and big companies going bankrupt. I would also like to do local clubs and raffles for the younger and old.
For me, my selfish side I would buy small bits at a time. I would try not to sell my self at do it over a long time for two reasons. Firstly because I would be saving money, not going bankrupt, and secondly it would stop me from going boasting at it would be slowly and I could spend a lot more evenly on other people at the same time.
As for down to the details I would buy a Aston Martin DB8 as the only fast change to my life as I love cars and then slowly build up my cars. I would buy a medium size house with lots of land so I could slowly up grade like maybe two or three rooms a years or making them bigger.
I would not make my life perfect I would leave hard challenges in my life so I do not get bored and would still have some thing to work towards; I would also like to learn mechanics and would always be working on my cars.
I would properly also back some up coming bands that play rock music, as I would love to be able to go on tour with a rock band even though I can't sing, or lay interments.
So to conclude I would give a lot of money away but slowly give money to myself, but I could have a deeper look in to giving the money to the poor and charity. I would also look more in to the business side of the world and profit.
