Straight from the hip!

When two people get together in the beginning of a relationship, everything is in honeymoon state. The new beginning, the fantasy and desires are fresh. The relationship is intense and hopefully the communication is good. You rock one another's world in the bedroom!

Time goes by and next thing you know, the bedroom is the Z zone. Sleep only! The no sex syndrome has hit! What happened? Why? There are many reasons this can happen.

A popular reason is, people let themselves go once they find a comfort zone in the relationship. What use to look hot, now does not! Women start wearing their man's boxer shorts to bed with a big baggy t-shirt. They do not wax their legs or arms or other areas if need be? They figure they already caught their man so what is the point in going through the hassle of looking sexy. They assume love will conquer all and he will still have the desire. OK, fair enough, some women can get away with the boxer look. But! The desire to look desirable disappeared!

Sure the man will say, it is ok honey, you are still beautiful to me. But! Does he want to do the bed spring boogie like he use to when you first met? Good chance probably not.

Next is the no variety! Sex is like a meal. If you have the same thing for dinner every night with no variety in food, it gets dull. You get sick of the same thing all the time. No I am not saying you get sick of the person if you stay with only one! Slow down! I'm saying there should be variety in the bedroom (or wherever the location is you choose). People get bored of the same ole same ole. When you lose the spice and it is the same thing over and over, it gets boring! Once it hits the boring zone? Sex is non-existent!

This one is not a nice one but, another reason why people lose interest in sex with their partner, is when they are getting it somewhere else. Not much else can be said on this one. So if you thought your relationship was good or you think it is good, and your other half is losing interest in sex? This is a red flag, so keep your eye on it!

Another reason why people lose interest in sex is, these days some people work way too hard. When the day is done they are just flat out exhausted. When people work too hard unfortunately this can stress the relationship in all areas. Including the bedroom!

Menopause! I do not know this first hand as I have not reached menopause (and hopefully do not for many years!) but I have heard stories of many complaining men regarding the wife has reached menopause and the faucet has run dry! Women apparently lose total interest in sex! But! There is so much emphasis about Viagra on television, I would think there is something out there on the market or homeopathic remedy that can help bring back the drive!

Last but not least? People do age. It is natural to be eighty or ninety years old and have no interest in sex. I do not include the sixty or seventy age group, because I have heard some are still very active!

I guess as the old saying goes? All good things must come to an end sooner or later. This includes sex!
