First date ideas on a budget

First dates are tough....... no doubt about it. Your both a bundle of nerves as you contemplate all the various outcomes of what will happen as the night unfolds.

How can you plan a memorable date without breaking your budget, yet still igniting the chemistry you desire? One simple acronym works beautifully as a guide to creating and ending the perfect first date..Kiss.

Kreativity - You want this day to be special and creativity goes along way, especially with women. Dinner and a movie is soo cliche. Dare to be different. A little originality will do wonders for your love life.

Inexpensive - A first date is not the time to spring for a dozen roses or a fine dining experience. Twenty dollars is the maximum amount you should be willing to spend on someone you barely know.

Satisfying - It's imperative that your plans include doing something that both of you can enjoy. If your date has asthma, I wouldn't suggest a five mile hike, nor would I recommend eating seafood if he/she is allergic to shell fish. Get a little background information ahead of time or throw some ideas out there to see what the other person is interested in seeing or doing.

Short - There's nothing worse than the never ending date with someone you have zero chemistry with. Keep it short, meaning no longer than 3 hours. If your both having a great time, you can always extend it, however, I'm a firm believer that in the beginning....less is more.

Listed below are some fabulous first date ideas that have a bargain basement price tag of twenty dollars or under.

The Park - There are endless possibilities of things you can do at a local park. Bike riding, walking, or roller blading through the scenic trails is great exercise and it helps prevent the awkward silences that are normally part of a dinner date. Follow up with a picnic in the park. Women absolutely love the idea of a eating on blanket in the grass, so men; this is a great way to score some big brownie points. If your not sure what to bring, ask the other person to bring his/her favorite food and drink and you do the same so you can both share. It's a good way to get the conversation started and you can learn a lot about what the other person likes/dislikes. Some suggestions are hummus, pita bread, cheese, grapes, strawberries, wine, ice tea, precooked meat on toothpicks with a dipping sauce, pasta salad and some sort of a sweet like homemade brownies or cookies. Most parks have a playground as well. Go swing on the swings or slide
