It takes two to make a baby, but only one to decide if that child should live. Ridiculous.
For years women have stood by the saying, "It's my body and I am going to do what I want." This excuse is getting old. Times are changing and women better get with the program.
Is this excuse suppose to be a part of the Women's Rights Movement? I think not. So, women need to quit mentioning Women's Rights and wake up to see what they are really doing. Possibly, aborting another woman who could change the world? Or bringing in a man who might lose his child because of some stupid rights that a woman can pull in order to get their way.
If you lay down then you are responsible for whatever happens next. Excluding the father's rights is just a form of power that all women pull out their butts when it becomes convenient for them. It's selfish, disrespectful, ignorant and disgusting.
If a woman does not want the child, then let the father have it if they want it after all everyone needs to be given a chance at life. At least the child would know that there's someone out in the world that loves them.
I am a wife and a mother of a child in Heaven. My husband and I were advised not to have anymore children because I can't carry. In my head I keep thinking I can. On occasion, I tell my husband I want to have a baby. He has to remind me that I cannot even though I know it. He made the decision, before I accepted it, that he did not want to have anymore biological children and I finally agreed after about two years. It is the best thing for us because we both do not want to lose another child ever again in our lives.
But, that's medical and not just "because".
Fathers have a lot of options in the corner if a woman doesn't talk with them and just tell them, "I am going to have an abortion."
They could go and get a judge to sign a notice stating that the woman has to have the child, which protects the unborn child from a death that needs not to happen. I believe that the father has every right do this. I would also hope the father would have a monitor on the woman to make sure that she abides by the legal document. I also believe that if the order is broken that the woman should be placed in prison for whatever the extended time of stay the judge sets.
I believe this is the only way for women to stop and realize that there is a such thing called Men's Rights and they will be heard and seen no matter what.
If I knew a women who was going to have an abortion because she could and the father of the unborn child disagreed - I would be on the father's side one hundred percent, with no questions asked or no comments made.
Fathers are strong and they will place that foot down it they need to, and I will back them up.
