Why couldn't you just be there
Why couldn't you save me
Why can't you care
If all I want is your comfort
Why do I only get your absence
Why is my world made without you
Why is my heart made with only you
Why is it that all I can see is you
Why is it that all you can see is her
Why does my heart break at your sight
Why does my life shatter at your warmth
Why do I admire you like a God
Why do you look through me like a glass
How can I go one without you knowing me
How can I live without you loving me
Won't you come and save me
Won't you come and run right to me
Won't you stop staring right through me

Don't let me be me
I have went down that road
It is full of misery
I want to be a better person
