Yesterdays Dream
Yesterday I had a dream.
I dreamt about tomorrow!
I was floating upon a stream;
And had no bitter sorrow.
Birds had circled above me;
As flowers grew by my side.
A clear sunset I did see;
Realizing it was me that voice inside!
The sunrise showed me a gift;
That I never knew I had!
It showed me how to shift;
Good things from the bad!
I will always carry with me;
This dream I once had dreamt.
Confident my faults will dagger loosely;
By my goals and my attempts!
