Romance
As I entered my bedroom, there it was lying on my bed. The beautiful red and black dress, that I saw in the window of Jazzy Lady downtown. I was holding my date's hand with my hand covering my mouth. The dress was absolutely ravishing. I actually had tears developing, and I was so hurt because my payday was not until the following week. But I needed a red and black dress to go to this classy invitation only party with my boss and his family. When I say classy and with my boss, I definitely wanted to make an impression. I thought to myself,"The clothes is not what makes you," and I'd continue to encourage myself while my date politely interrupted me. "Baby, are you alright," he said. I said,"Yeah sure, why?" He said, "Oh nothing I just been talking to myself for the last minute or so." I'd quickly apologized and give him a kiss on his cheek. Oh my goodness I felt horrible about my behavior. But no sweat, my date just wrapped me around with his arms and forgave me just like that. He said,"You know you are beautiful, even when you pout." We laughed and carried on our day.
We have been dating for 9 months, a complete gentlemen. Can you believe 9 months without any sex, intimacy, but that it. We had met on the subway. Actually I had missed my train and panic and jumped on the wrong train. About the second stop I had realized I was on the wrong train. I guessed my appearance was frightening. He walked over to me and asked was I lost. I looked up and he had this smooth complexion, nice shape up, and a sparkling white smile. My nerves was at ease at that moment, I'd explained to him what happened and we made a joke out the situation. He offered to keep me company to make sure I made it home safe. After that night we have been going strong. On our first month anniversary he had 2 dozen of yellow roses delivered to my job. The note said, "Just honoring our 1 month together, and I am bless to have met you. Each month the amount of roses was an addition, with a different meaning to its color. If it was not roses, it was candle light dinners. One thing after another, gifts just because, no special occasion. However for my birthday one year, he had my boss organize a surprise office party, nothing big, but meaningful.
He has always went out his way to show me attention and his love for me. So that day outside of Jazzy Lady, I could not bring myself to ask him for anything, he had done enough. But no way, I would have never thought or should I say, I did not expect
