There is no emotion that causes faster and deeper human capitulation than absolute fear. Fear is the greatest motivator ever devised. If leaders can instill fear, they have the best tool known to man to control and fleece citizens. In this case the motivating issue is the fear of global warming. The objective is to create "concern" and the method to create that concern is the promotion of irrational "propaganda" using global warming as the vehicle.

Propaganda is the systematic promotion of alleged facts that may or may not be true or accurate. Global warming propaganda has been former Vice President Al Gore's "mantra" according to S. Fred Singer, a renowned climatologist and professor of environmental sciences emeritus at the University of Virginia. He added it's the kind of "eye wash" Gore's "been handing out for years now - that [global warming] science is settled. That is simply not true." Gore assertions are pure propaganda for personal gain.

Consider the real meaning of the two words. Concern is just another word for fear and propaganda is just another way to exercise power over a given population. The two questions that scream at us are: Why would anyone be so cynically to intentionally engender irrational fear? Secondly, who benefits from that fear and how? When those questions are answered, the question of whether global warming is just a concern or unreasonable propaganda is also answered.

Why leaders instill fear of global warming is relatively simple. By instilling fear they create the demand from constituents to alleviate that fear. Leaders and politicians are then all too happy to step into that vacuum to become the rescuing heroes. With the populous consumed by fear, it becomes both willing and eager to surrender control to elitists who generated the fear in the first place.

We now have the answer to the first question. Irrational propaganda creates fear, fear leads to capitulation, and capitulation demands the surrender of power to unscrupulous propagandizing leaders. How is their propaganda used to create that fear? First propagandizing politicians change the word "fear" to "concern" so they can present themselves as reasoned and calm and the generated fear is not attributable to them.

At the same time, their political minions are frantically warning of global disintegration, Arctic tundra decimation, tropical deforestation, more and larger hurricanes and cyclones, unrestrained drought, wildfires, coastal flooding, sinking ocean islands,
