Terrell Owens' third strike? What is that crap? Love him or hate him, Terrell Owens not only is one of the greatest wide receivers of all-time, but he has never had any legal troubles. The fact that this question is even being asked is stupid. So the guy has personality issues... so what?! The teams that sign him do so with the knowledge of his character.

Michael Vick is most likely going to be reinstated back into the NFL after serving over a year in prison for running an illegal dog-fighting ring in Virginia. Before this incident, he was the NFLs all-time highest paid player, sold the most jerseys, and honestly: was one of the most exciting players ever.

Plaxico Burress hasn't been kicked out of the league yet, and most likely will be allowed to play again, after shooting himself in the leg with an illegal concealed weapon in a night club. What? Worried the dancers would be up in his grill?

Adam "Pacman" Jones has had multiple run-ins with the law, and was given multiple chances to make it in this league. Another thing to consider before wanting to throw out T.O. is that he has never failed a drug test. Kevin Williams and Pat Williams, DTs for the Minnesota Vikings, and Saints HB Deuce McAllister and DE Will Smith have been suspended for doing so, even though they claim it was a simple dietary supplement.

So T.O. has been through 3 teams. So what? He produced big for the 49ers, Eagles, and Cowboys. The Bills will enjoy similar success if QB Trent Edwards matures as expected. Brett Farve has more reason not to be welcomed back than Terrell Owens.

Alright, so "the player" has never had legal troubles, has never failed a drug test, and remains one of the very best wide receivers in the NFL. The question is stupid, NO he shouldn't be out of the NFL. Many players go through teams, it's called free agency and trading, and it happens all the time. T.O. hasn't had any "strikes," because he hasn't done anything to warrant them. He's a personality, and an exciting one, too. He makes people watch games, his celebrations are ingenious and funny. He makes the NFL money.

If you don't want Terrell Owens on your team, and you're not a Bills fan, you have no reason to complain. Terrell Owens deserves to be in the NFL, and deserves to be one of it's highest-paid players. Which he is.

So to answer the question: No. Terrell Owens should not be kicked out of the NFL, which is why you never hear any of the big sports stations discussing this issue.
