When it comes to health and beauty, how do you define yourself? Whether aware of it or not, we each have a specific look or style we prefer. If you're not sure exactly how to define yourself in the realm of beauty and style, the guide below will help you.

Classic Beauty

You love the timelessness that comes with the understated elegance found in classic styles, those things that have always been in style and always will be. Think twin sweater sets, pencil skirts, a fitted blazer, menswear trousers, and well-fitting slacks and dresses. Add to that the classic shell and khaki walking shorts for summer, or a well-cut sun dress, and for evening wear, the simple and timeless little black dress. Your fabrics of choice are made of natural fibers such a cotton, silk, or wool blends, and your color choices are apt to be navy, black, white, beige tones, and grey. You'll add splashes of color with silk scarves and tailored blouses, and throw in a fun T or two. You choice in jeans will be classic cut in an unsplotched color of navy or white. You love the elegance of gold hoop earrings or a strand of pearls. You probably own a workout suit, a pair of jogging shoes, flats, and kitten heels or other pumps.

Casual Style

Your wardrobe most likely consists of comfortable but stylish clothes that are easy care. You like crisp white blouses and T's, slacks, and unfitted blazers. Leggings and long cotton sweaters or tunic tops are your choices for the weekends, as are good fitting blue jeans in several colors. Knits are one of your best friends, and you love mix and match skirt and sweater sets, or pants and blazers. Color choices vary, but stay traditional-fun, flattering, but not loud. You most likely own comfy sweats and a running suit or two, and a few pairs of athletic shoes, sandals, low-heeled pumps, and easy-on flats. You always keep a comfortable dress on hand for formal wear, as well as a few skirts.

Romance Is Your Calling Card

In your closet are flirty styles with lace and a few ruffles. You love soft colors and floral prints, and wearing a dress is a pleasure to you. Skirts that are lightweight and have a bit of swing to them also suit your style, as do the newer see-through fabrics worn over a silky slip. Soft cashmere sweaters, and casual wear in matching colors and soft satin or knit fabrics suit you well. You love shoes and bags with a bit of lace, a gemstone or bow, or something else that defines you as a romantic. Silk and lace are a must for sleep time.
