A weighing machine and a mirror are necessities in the home of many people. It may be your daily routine to weigh, and look at yourself in the mirror every morning. What do you see? Does it dampened your mood, or motivate you to watch your diet, and/or do more work out for the day?
Looking good is ingrained in our minds. Modern women, regardless of married or single, with or without children, want to look slim, and pretty. The men will want to have a good figure, and look smart too. How can losing weight boost your confidence?
Swarm with compliments
You will find yourself more likely to be the centre of attraction, and more people around you will start to praise you for having a nice figure. The compliments will boosts your confidence, and motivate you to achieve better results in weight loss.
More Energetic
You will feel more vibrant, less lethargic, and thus more willing to involve yourself in social, and sports activities. You will be a healthier person, both mentally, and physically.
Better relationship
Losing weight, healthily, will help you achieve better relationship with friends, colleagues, and family members. You will not want to avoid them because of fear of negative comments they may pass about you. You may even enjoy sharing your weight loss experience with people around you. In return, you may gain more knowledge, and insight into the problems other people face in trying to lose weight.
You will have the courage to step out of your house to enjoy your date again! Your confidence in yourself will bring out your charm, and irresistible personality
No more embarrassing moments
Never in your life do you need to feel embarrassed again, for having to take up two seats in public transports, or worry about how other passengers will comment on you when you take a seat between two passengers. Nobody will comment about your constant perspiration, dampness on your forehead or under arms. You will feel relieved that nobody will pass you a disgusted look or laugh behind your back.
You will not be embarrassed by question such as, "Are you pregnant?", or having passengers giving up their seats for you, thinking that you are pregnant!
Buying clothes will be less of a pain for you. You may have avoided shopping for clothes, as you were embarrassed by the salesmen comments that they do not have the right size for you. You will not have to worry about not being able to find a dress for a function or date.
Sunshine here I come!
Do you miss the days you were in your swim suits or bikinis? You may have avoided the beach or wearing swim suits totally because you were not confident with your body. Losing weight will make you feel younger, and makes you want to enjoy the sunshine again!
Positive thinking
You will be more positive in your thinking, if you realised that weight loss can actually brings about a new life in you.
You will be able to achieve more in terms of relationship, and career prospect if you have positive thinking. Weight loss will help increase your confidence, and you will tend to be more open minded, and positive about achieving your goals in life.
