Awkward!
The silence is thick
The tension is so tight
At any moment this rubber band is going to pop!
Restrained emotion, revealing the cracks in a broken relationship.
Awkward!
The silence is deafening
Crowding my thoughts with anguish as I try, once again
To diffuse this situation.
Should I speak or remain silent?
It is awkward moments like this that make wonder why I even bother
to include you in our relationship.
Awkward!
Aaaahhh!
I'm going to bed!
