What are some good ways in which you can maximize your potential to make a lot of money on Helium? It takes a little bit of work, but if you can hit on some good ways to make money, you can make a lot of money compared to the time that you put in. Making the effort to market your work, and follow through with some promising ideas can really help you maximize your earnings. Helium is about writing, but it is also about making some money, so here are a few ways in which you can make the most of our your articles.

First off make sure you have a quality article. Even more importantly is to have an article that is rich in SEO keywords. SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization, or what will get your the most hits when someone types in a keyword into Google. If someone is searching for tips on how to catch a fish, you might type in something like "How to catch a fish", or even more specifically type in a type of fish, or any other word that might relate to fishing. The more words, the more chances of being found.

Link your articles to different places. Using Facebook is a good tool to help gain a following of people finding your work. Other sites like LinkedIn, and MySpace help as well. Linking onto message boards, blogs, or having other people link your work onto their blogs, or other sites will really boost your income as well. Make sure that your articles all link back to Helium, and that you have some sort of link to your About Me page on your signature on your e-mail.

Twitter is a great tool to maximize your earnings. I would put this in the group of websites above that help you gain a following, but Twitter is in a class of it's own. I have found that I can clearly outperform on earnings compared to other methods of promoting my work. Twitter is easy because it is easy to gain a following, and due to the 140 character limit, you only need to post the link, and let people come to you. It is by far the best way I have found to market my work.

Make a zone on Helium, and make sure that people know about it. This is the place to promote your work on Helium, and really gain that following that you need to succeed. You can link to whatever you want, and put your best work into one place. This is where you can get other people to put your work onto their own zones, and you can have people edit it to. This is good because you can another set of eyes helping you maximize the potential of your zone.

Just link, link, link if you want to maximize your earnings on Helium. Making sure you have great articles is important, but follow through with good marketing of your work. People will stumble upon your work from time to time, but if you want to make all you can you need to tell people that you are out there. Be your own best sales person and hopefully earnings can skyrocket for you.
