For centuries, martial arts have been used as tools for positive change for young or older individuals who desire personal growth. With 20 years of experience as a professional martial artist, I feel it is my responsibility to teach the world that martial arts have a lot more to offer the world than just blood thirsty "Pay Per View" cage matches. Martial arts could be just what you've been looking for to bring about great personal growth spiritually, mentally, physically, relationally and possibly, financially (if you chose to pass on the knowledge). For those who are curious about beginning the journey of martial arts training, or if you've had a negative past training experience, understand that the arts have been around for centuries and as an industry, it has been responsible for changing the lives of millions worldwide. The evolution of both the professionalism of the industry and the definition of the martial arts instructor has been responsible for the positive influences the martial arts has had on more and more children as well as adults.

Tae Kwon Do, which is Korea's national sport, has the same power, but its practitioners emphasize fighting with their feet. Wu-shu is a form of athletic, acrobatic, performance style martial arts which focuses on animal movements and is done with or without weapons. This form of martial arts disguises practical self defense in fun performances which are a great cardio/flexibility workout. Wu-shu is to karate and tae kwon do what marathon running
