Poetry: Four leaf clovers

Clover Blessing

God's daily blessing is so quiet,

Today I nearly passed right by it.

Nearly missed a four-leaved clover

Growing near the garden floor.

When I looked and looked more closely

There were many, many more.

Clover don't announce themselves,

They are reticent and shy.

But oh! How thrilling when you find one

Having taken time to try.

Do you yearn for God to bless you?

Are you doing all you can?

Make sure that you're cooperating

With His well-developed plan.

Put yourself where blessings happen.

Be sure you're clean and pure inside.

Do your task with cheerful gusto

Watch the floodgates open wide.

God's daily blessing is so quiet

Be careful not to pass right by it.
