If you know what it is, then take the intiative to fix the problem. You don't like your job? Then look for a better one. Feel like you are not worth it? Everyone has their own worth, find out what it is, then use it to impact someone else's life.
You will be surprised to see that if you surround yourself with positive people, and somehow evaluate your life and find out why you are so unhappy. Once you receive positivity, you will feel good about yourself and then that's when the personal healing can begin. Don't carry yourself with negative energy, it takes a toll on your body.
